Everyone deserves the conscientious care of a general practitioner.

Please continue to make appointments in advance for all your visits to the practice (preferably via sestraemmy.cz)! Our no walk-in policy represents a permanent change, we're not going back to how things were before covid.

It means you don't have to wait to see the doctor as before in a crowded waiting room, which minimizes the risk of infection from other patients. And the doctor can better focus on each patient in the time allocated.

1. Our preferred option is simple, fast, and reliable (your request will not be lost) via the application at sestraemmy.cz. We resolve all requests sent this way, even if we can't deal with all of them immediately (we process requests according to clinical priority). You can now make your own appointments using Emmy.
2. Emmy's voice - when you call the practice, you can leave a message via our robotic assistant, which will be entered into the sestraemmy.cz service desk and which we will resolve just as in the previous option.
3. You can try to call us directly every working day from 9-10am and 2-3pm.

Alternatively, you can pay for the Care+ service, which enables you to call directly at any time during practice hours (Care+ clients can use a priority telephone number). The nurses won't always be able to take the call right away, but the call information will be passed to our service desk so we can call you back.
