What is included in the Komfort+ package:

Extra appointments in the afternoon and evening
Make appointments outside normal hours - choose from the green blocks in our schedule.

Digital delivery
Did you forget to confirm your sick note or lose your recommendation to see a specialist? You don't need to come in person, we will send you the documents electronically.

Extended telephone consultations
You can request a telephone consultation with your doctor at a precise time - you choose the appointment time yourself in Emmy.

Test results
We send you the results of all your tests electronically, including your doctor's comments - you don't have to call for the results.

Dedicated telephone line
If the nurse cannot take your call, we will call you back.

How much does Komfort+ cost?
Komfort+ costs CZK 1490 per year for Czech-speaking patients.
So you pay only CZK 124 per month - that's less than for lunch in a restaurant.
Communication with English-speaking patients is more challenging for us. For this reason, the annual programme costs CZK 1,990 - that works out at CZK 165 per month.
For cash payers (people without insurance who pay for our services directly) the price is CZK 4,990 per year.

Quality care for everyone
Komfort+ does not affect the quality of health care that we provide – all our patients get the same quality.
The Komfort+ package includes only additional services that make your life more comfortable and are not covered by public insurance.
If you do not subscribe to Komfort+, you can make one-off payments for some extra services:

an appointment outside usual office hours costs 400 CZK,

digital delivery of a recommendation or other document costs CZK 100.
